Let’s be honest here – I chose this outfit because I could incorporate two great statement pieces: a cape blazer and leopard heels. For weeks I had been searching for a pair of leopard shoes that wouldn’t leave me crying in pain, or even worse: broke. I ended up finding the perfect pair by Guess. Super comfortable and super affordable. The perfect finishing touch.

Had to share some pictures that we took on our bike ride up in Tahoe. Just beautiful! It’s definitely hard to come back home to a boring gym and all the noise that goes with it. UGH. With pretty views and peaceful surroundings, it doesn’t feel like you’re exercising, it just feels like you’re out enjoying lifeΒ β₯

Tunics never seem to fall out of trend since they’re easy to wear , easy to accessorize and extremely easy to pull off. The best part is that you can wear them just about anywhere for almost any occasion. This one is actually intended to be a dress (I think), but the small was waaaaay too short on me. I loved how it looked as a tunic though!

Β The arrival of Labor Day means that summer is over (even though it feels like summer here in California until November). The season always goes so fast, doesn’t it? We had a wonderful vacation in Tahoe. The scenery was just breathtaking, and any time that I get to spend with my family is so precious to me. I’m already bummed we have to wait another year to go back..
