There are certain items that every gal wants in her closet. For me, they are things like bell bottom jeans, blouses with ridiculously billowing sleeves, and really bright pairs of heels. Practical items for everyday wear? Yeah, not so much…

But there are those certain “classics” that every closet needs, no matter what your style is:

-A good blouse √

-A great pair of leggings √

-A pair of go-to botties √

-And yes..a faux fur vest or coat √

Simple. Classic. Chic.

Winter Weekend + Nordstrom Giveaway

I seriously can’t with this coat.

I’m at a loss for words because it’s THAT amazing. It’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a winter coat; leather look sleeves paired with a giant oversized collar. I mean, there really isn’t much more to say except for the fact that I’m beyond thrilled it lives in my closet 😉

Fresh Start

January is always my least favorite month of the year. The holidays are over, the decorations put away, and the mood is just seems blah. To add to that, I always seem to have a blank list of resolutions too (the pressure!!). So this year, I decided to try them a little differently. I’m setting my 2015 resolutions by using this. Now if I would only find the time to fill it out… 😉

Leopard and a Latte

Fierce leopard print booties can add serious edge to any outfit, don’t you think? They easily take anything up a notch once you slip them on…

I can’t believe it’s already a new year. I’m starting mine off with new goals and a new hair color for winter (still getting used to that!). I hope you all had a beautiful holiday filled with family, friends and lots of love. Enjoy these last few days before real life starts up again…
